We went during the “freak cold front” of 2022. It was absolutely freezing and unfortunately the pipes froze on day one. Pam notified me before our arrival so we were aware. We still chose to go and they thawed overnight. She was proactive and communicative through everything. It snowed when we were there and they iced the driveway, notifying us it was icy first!  Absolutely beautiful cabin and views.
